Execution now almost entirely handled by conditionals. Many minor bug fixes. Added a 'debugtree' to OttoBase.
Conditional Refactor Replay
Linted multiple files. Var class now can properly store and retrieve values, in a dict held by Ottobase object.
-Fixed bug init where it would return after the first conditional was evaluated -Fixed blug in SET where we weren't passing the actual value to the interpreter - Added a 'level' option to debug tree so you can -linting
Variable support
with expression now added for appending dicitonaries to service calls.

Cleaned up last of logic problems (hopefully) Final linting. Removed out of date teststrings file
