New maintainer for cl-geometry

Development on cl-geometry has been abandoned.
I asked the author about it here: Ramarren/cl-geometry#2 , and since he basically allowed me to do whatever I want with it, I decided to become the new maintainer.

Repo's new home is now at https://github.com/vydd/cl-geometry

I won't be making any changes to the master branch until it gets into quicklisp, so it's going to have the same test results as the original repo.
