Please add bodge-glfw and glfw-blob

• bodge-glfw (stable branch) is a thin but complete wrapper over GLFW - cross-platform OS abstraction and OpenGL/Vulkan context handling library.
• glfw-blob (stable branch) - asdf system containing compiled foreign libraries for bodge-glfw (binaries for GNU/Linux, macOS, Windows x86_64/x86 included)
