Please rename CL-HCTSMSL to HCTSMSL

I removed CL- prefix because I was told that people usually use this when library is CL version of some other library. It's accessible now with old URL because GitHub redirects requests to new page but it won't work in case somebody writes HCTSMSL as dependency. I'm really sorry about this but there's nothing else I can do to help solving this situation.

I apologize for all of this but I never really published any code for usage by someone else except me so I'm not familiar with naming conventions and stuff. I'll preserve name then and I promise to think twice before renaming anything again. I just didn't thought that my library will be added to sources so fast.

It's not a big deal. If you want to rename it, rename it. I just don't think it's necessary and it creates some extra work for me.
