please add CL-SERVER-MANAGER

CL-SERVER-MANAGER provides a unified interface to launch port-based servers such as Swank and Hunchentoot from an application. Currently, console (Swank) and http/https (Hunchentoot) servers are provided. But the interface can be extended to cover more server vendors and types of servers.
