I am taking over maintenance of cl-syslog. Please change the quicklisp repository to https://github.com/mmaul/cl-syslog . I can forward and email from Erik Enge giving permission to take over maintenance.

That's great. I have not worked on cl-syslog for several years and am not
involved with Common Lisp any longer. You should feel free to take
ownership of cl-syslog and make it your own if you like.
