Please add architecture.service-provider

The architecture.service-provider system is loosely inspired by http://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/util/ServiceLoader.html, but tries to do things in a (Common) Lispy way.

If the system can be added to Quicklisp, here is the required information:
