Remove asdf-utils #930
Description
Please remove asdf-utils. It's been a stub for loading UIOP since ASDF 3 was released, and every implementation now provides ASDF 3.
PS: if you make Quicklisp bundle ASDF 3, then you can remove UIOP, too.
