Changes

• Allow setting spotread CLI args with no value.
• Allow more robust spotread result parsing
  • To permit using -eb, -ew args.
• Disabled patch precision dropdown when in Dolby Vision mode. It must stay at 8 bit.
  • Unfortunately I forgot that DisplayCAL always sends 10 bit, so the generator must convert them to 8 bit in a later hotfix.
• Added documentation.
