String fix

After skipping several releases, this includes everything that has gone into Clojars from 0.3.3 until 0.3.7.

• Strings are now returned as whatever the generator creates for them, rather than raw strings. (The default generator returns a raw string)
• Integers that appear as the final element in a statement without whitespace between them and the period will be correctly parsed as integers
• More recent version of Rudolf (0.1.8)
