Remove dead collectLoggerCounts option from InitOptions (qfg-phab). The field was declared
on InitOptions but never referenced anywhere in the SDK — a leftover from earlier work that
silently accepted user input and did nothing. Typing-level breaking change: TypeScript callers
passing collectLoggerCounts: true | false will now get a type error. No runtime behavior change;
the field had no effect either before or after this release. JavaScript callers are unaffected.
