• Add withContext; deprecate inContext (qfg-pccq, sdk-1.0-unification). Quonfig and
  BoundQuonfig now expose withContext(ctx) and withContext(ctx, fn) with identical semantics
  to inContext. withContext is the canonical implementation across all Quonfig SDKs; inContext
  is now a thin forwarder marked with JSDoc @deprecated. No runtime warning — the Prefab-fork
  lineage means there is heavy existing inContext usage and a server-boot log line per call would
  be noise. The inContext shim is retained through 1.0.0 and removed in 2.0.0. No behavior change
  for existing callers.
