• Warn when an environment pin is set in delivery (SDK-key) mode (qfg-pinh). When the SDK runs
  against api-delivery with an SDK key, the environment is determined by the key, so the
  environment option (or QUONFIG_ENVIRONMENT) is ignored. The SDK now logs a one-time WARN in
  that case so the ignored pin is visible rather than silently dropped. Evaluation behavior is
  unchanged — the pin was already correctly ignored; this only surfaces it. Ships with the
  regenerated delivery-wire test gate covering the decided contract.
