Bootloader build for Viettel VHT-32X6V1 and SDMC NR3053.

The release contains the SP2 (TF-A 20260123) FIP and BL2 images for both boards,
build logs, and sha256sums. Flash only the image for the matching model.
Back up the full flash and Factory partition before updating a bootloader.
