core holds deeper shared machinery that can support multiple public surfaces without becoming the visible center of the field.

What belongs here

• shared low-level modules
• reusable internal logic
• exact small foundations that can support multiple repos
• technical surfaces that matter more for coherence than for first contact

What does not belong here

core is not:

• a manifesto center
• a public ideology surface
• a junk drawer for imagined future abstractions
• the place where all meaning gets trapped

Current role in qvra

core is part of the structural spine. It strengthens the field underneath the loud public anchors.
