Tool made to easily merge multiple GTA 5 vehicle meta files, now with a desktop interface.

Fixed Known Issue:

Known issue, inherited from upstream

Option 15 (extract model names) only exports the first vehicle from each staged file. This is a pre-existing bug in the original tool and was deliberately left alone in this release.
