WSLPad 0.8.0 - Restart less, know why

When VS Code reconnect stops doing anything, the expensive answer is to kill every editor process or restart all of WSL. WSLPad now measures first.

Remote Recovery

• One explicit Check recovery path action combines distribution response, WSL and Windows DNS, the WSL default route, an optional Windows localhost port, and the latest process measurements.
• VS Code Server processes are grouped as server, extension host, PTY host, watcher, or language server. A generic node process is never guessed to be VS Code: its command must prove a .vscode-server or .vscode-server-insiders root.
• Sleep/resume context compares distribution state, liveness, networking mode, DNS, and Console state with the pre-suspend measurement.

Restart less

Recovery is ordered by blast radius:

1. Reload the current VS Code window.
2. Restart only the measured VS Code Server parent, or proven orphan children when the parent is gone.
3. Terminate only the selected distribution.
4. Use wsl --shutdown only as the last resort, with its impact on every distro, Docker Desktop, tmux, services, and background jobs shown first.

A running server is not called broken without evidence. Every shell command is prepared in the Console for review and is never executed automatically.

The new UI and safety text ship in all nine supported languages, with an updated deterministic Diagnostics screenshot and diagnostic-bundle coverage.
