POOH v1.0.0 is the first stable, citable research-software snapshot of the project. It preserves a reproducible baseline for publication and archival while development continues on the main branch.

Highlights

  • Petri-net import, drawing, structural analysis, and P-invariant/SMC decomposition.
  • Selection-hypergraph construction, FRA reduction, transversal enumeration, and XT/1-exact, c-exact, and r-exact analysis.
  • Selection-hypergraph and decomposition visualization before and after FRA.
  • Local max-plus timing models and structurally generated Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy artifacts.
  • Reproducible CPU/WebGPU benchmark workflow with CSV and LaTeX exports.

Verification

  • GitHub Actions CI passed for commit 86e31f7.
  • npm run ci: 94 unit tests plus PHP, example-reproducibility, and syntax checks.
  • npm run test:browser: 5 Playwright smoke tests.

Installation
