After the first run TelegramControl generates a configuration. Default configuration:

telegram:
  botToken: ''
  chatId: 0
  updatesCheckInterval: 100
  lastUpdate: 0
  lastMessage: 0
logTelegramCommands: false

botToken - your authorization token, that you received when created a bot.

chatId - ID of your chat with bot (see the method of obtaining it below).

updatesCheckInterval - interval of checking messages to the bot, in ticks (20 ticks = 1 second).

lastUpdate - plugin internal parameter, don't touch it.

lastMessage - plugin interval parameter, don't touch it.

logTelegramCommands - print messages, that were sent to bot, in console. This is the way of obtaining chatId. Simply set your botToken, set logTelegramCommands to true and send any message to the bot. There would be a message in console: "Command from 123456789: /testcommand". 123456789 - your chatId.
