troubleshooting for a beginner

Hi,
I’ve just started to learn about CLOG. I would like to run the tutorial 1, but Firefox says "Unable to connect".
How could I debug this problem please?
When I start the tutorial, there is no error message, just this:

Can you give us the following information please:

• What operating system are you on?
• What editor / environment you are using. Are you using Emacs / Lem or are you trying to start the tutorial with the SBCL command interface?
• What have you done exactly to try and load and run the tutorial?

We are creating a help / documentation system to assist with this, your help is appreciated so we can learn how to better address beginner issues.

On openSUSE-Leap 16.0 I use Emacs+Slime and followed the quickstart guide. But I’ve totally forgotten, that I had already played around with CLOG from git about one year ago, and there was a stale link in my ~/cl directory "clog -> quicklisp/local-projects/clog", so an old version was used instead of the quicklisp one. I’ve removed the link and now it’s ok!
