Release v0.7.1

Huge thanks to @ecammit, who implemented my stale idea - now we have full access to SHP2 controls! (unfortunately on BLE proxy we still have some stability issues #221). Also @GnoX and @pattex007 seriously helped with bugs and optimizations - so the integration is much better now! Don't forget to express your appreciation to the contributors!
