Release v1.0.0

I think it's time to release the first major version. Thanks to @GnoX we've got to this point, you rock man! And huge thank for everyone participated - each contribution was very important to make this integration as good as it is today.

Regarding this release - we've got quite a few improvements, especially initial SHP3 device support which uses v4 protocol by @GnoX, great find by @ecammit to speedup the crc calculations and other small, but also important things. Please don't forget to express your gratitude to our contributors!
