Qiskit interface and automated GST script with latex report

• Added and tested various functions and a Jupyter tutorial to use mGST through Qiskit.
• Added a folder "sample_project" in the tutorials, which includes a project structure to automatically run mGST and get a latex report, as well as figures and tables.
• Reduced dependencies

Algorithm and tuturial update

• Changed state optimization to the Riemannian optimization method in line with gate optimization.
• Added a qutrit example to the Jupyter tutorial notebook.
• Added various explanations to the tutorial.
• Improved visual output and print statements of the main algorithm.
