SeerrFin 1.6.6.4 – search loop fix test

Installable test build for Jellyfin 10.11.x.

Fixes repeated display-settings and search requests when a Seerr search returns no results or fails. The same query is now requested once, and non-empty results are cached so they can be restored if Jellyfin replaces the results section.

This build also includes the automatic English/French localization and the option to use Seerr's default quality profiles.
