Fixes

1. Fix a bug where if a param is a subclass of both str and enum.Enum then it will be treated as a sequence type

e.g. Following test will fail before 0.2.37

2. Fix a bug where subparams of a function dependency could not be properly parsed;

e.g. This would fail before 0.2.37
