Can not create new cloudspace

Trying to create a cloudspace via the UI produces this error in the screenshot below. I also can not seem to get nodepools to properly delete or provision in my existing cloudspace either. An api call to https://spot.rackspace.com/apis/ngpc.rxt.io/v1/namespaces/<org-id>/spotnodepools returns this error:

Same it's extremely unstable always problems
