racket/match rejects some quoted literals

In contrast, this version (with quasiquote) works as expected:

#lang racket

(match-lambda
  [`#s(some-prefab a-symbol)
   #t])

Apparently the same error also occurs with other kinds of quoted data. For example, this program:

#lang racket

(match-lambda
  ['#hasheq()
   #t])

produces the error, match: non-literal in quote pattern in: #hasheq().

In this case, changing to quasiquote just produces a different error, match: syntax error in quasipattern in: #hasheq().

The grammar for match includes these definitions, which may explain the relevant meaning of "non-literal":

Also, the error messages should presumably come from match-lambda, not match.
