Radar 1.0.8

Fixes

Voice and video calls no longer crash when they open, whether incoming or outgoing.
Conversation bubbles no longer crash when they open.
Radar no longer gets stuck crashing on launch after you send a Lightning payment with a linked
device. Installs that are already stuck recover on the next launch.
Screen lock works again. Once the timeout passes, chats and payments ask you to unlock instead
of showing up straight from Recents.
Radar no longer flags itself as an expired version and stops sending messages.
