• IP Ask Andre Luckow to open tickets on MacOS specific problems
• IB Sync with VB, SM, AT re: timescales for EnTK and RepEx releases
• MM Check that Jenkins tests are passing on termination branches
• VB Create issues and/or PRs for everything that should go in the release
• VB Categorise all open issues and PRs into a milestone
• AM to check for other known issues relating to MacOS
• AM + MM sync on keys etc

Following tickets are high-priority and need to be fixed before release.

• RP #1342 - Not a documented config, so deferring
• RP #1330 - AM working on a fix
• RP #1318 - Needs update from MM
• RP #1298 - needs a fix in RU to replace select.poll which is absent in latest macOS system python.
• RP #1281 - AM working on a fix
• RP #1241 - can't submit to OSG, may be fixed in current devel, MT to retry (also RP #1246 )

RP 0.46:

• Release testing delayed until open tickets are resolved

EnTK 0.5:

• Release scoping to be confirmed. Release planned for ASAP after RP 0.46 (depending on when VB can finish outstanding tickets)

RepEx 3.0:

• Release scoping completed. Need to confirm timescales w.r.t. RP and EnTK releases.

Tutorial 10th May:

• Technically, tutorial went well - waiting for BW staff to produce final YouTube video. Some lessons for future tutorials:

• Some customisation of the example scripts was done for the tutorial, and it might be worth creating a specific set of scripts for this purpose (distinct from use for testing)
• SJ recommended that a full dry-run would be beneficial in future
• GC is the "chosen one" for taking over tutorials from IP next year

Any Other Business:

• FB is working on BPTI simulations using ExTASY, to get 'production-scale' data for publication.
