Adds ability to do day-of-week reboots and custom cron expressions.

FYI these release binaries are using a bogus update server, so will not auto-update. Will look into hosting something in the future.

v17.0

Updated for FreePBX 17.0, drops support for older versions and chan_sip devices.

The previous version hadn't been tested since FreePBX 15 and wasn't working right with 16 anyway. This version is not widely tested outside of our environment (no distro, only Poly phones) so YMMV.
