Document the 2-Pin 2.54mm power input header (J10, PWR-IN) on Radxa X4: pin 1 = GND, pin 2 = ADP12V_IN (12V). Fixes radxa-docs#453.
Move the power input header content out of hardware-info.md into a dedicated tutorial page under x/x4/hardware: - 2-Pin 2.54mm header, pin 1 = GND, pin 2 = ADP12V_IN (12V) - Add photo with +/- polarity annotation - Add external power supply instructions and reverse-polarity warning Fixes radxa-docs#453

Add a dedicated power input header tutorial page for Radxa X4 under
x/x4/hardware.The X4 has an onboard 2-Pin 2.54mm power input header (designator J10, silkscreen PWR-IN), which can be used to power the board from an external 12V DC supply (e.g. with the 25W PoE+ HAT for X4). Based on the V1.11 schematic:
