Ships the display-media handler (92ab7f7, 20 Aug), which never reached a
release. Every installed build was v0.1.0 from 7 Aug and could not share a
screen: Chromium handed the renderer a getDisplayMedia and the shell had no
handler to answer with, so every attempt rejected.

Also carries the honest error for anyone still on an old build, since the
shell loads the live web client and picks that up without downloading
anything.
