This update rounds out file management in Crater CLI, so you can transfer files and keep them organized right from your terminal.

What's new

• CLI file transfers: Upload or download a single file. Existing files are preserved by default; explicitly enable overwriting when you want to replace them.
• CLI file organization: Create directories and move files or directories to organize code, data, and job results.
• CLI file removal: Delete remote files and directories with confirmation. Removing a directory also requires explicitly enabling recursive removal.
