Many of the tests in
test/cases/tasks/database_tasks_test.rbare for PostgreSQL/SQLite/MySQL only. Coerced those tests and added equivalent tests for SQL Server.See https://github.com/rails/rails/blob/v6.0.3/activerecord/test/cases/tasks/database_tasks_test.rb#L141
