sass-rails gem not included on Gemfile #22963
Description
When creating a new Rails 5.0.0.beta1 app (rails new AppName), the sass-rails gem is not included on the Gemfile. Here's the generated Gemfile:

The only flag I have on my ~/.railsrc file is -d postgresql
