Standalone Windows build — fully offline, nothing else to download.

• Reads .docx / .md / .markdown / .txt aloud with Piper neural TTS.
• Voice model (en_US-lessac-medium) is bundled inside the .exe — no separate model file, no Python, no internet.
• Markdown is cleaned before speaking: headings, badges, links, tables, code blocks and inline code are stripped so it reads as natural prose instead of reading the syntax literally.
• Full playback controls: play/pause, rewind/forward 10s, seek bar, 0.5x–2.0x speed, save to WAV.

Just download PiperReader.exe and run it.
