Bumps rainix to latest and re-locks soldeer deps.

  • rainix.url: rainprotocol -> rainlanguage
  • nix flake update rainix -> f22d4dc
  • soldeer deps already at latest registry versions (forge-std 1.16.1, @OpenZeppelin-Contracts 5.6.1, rain-solmem 0.1.3); re-lock is a no-op
  • verified via nix develop (latest rainix sol-shell): forge soldeer install + forge build succeed

Reviewed 9a07423: flake.nix url rainprotocol->rainlanguage; flake.lock rainix -> latest main f22d4dc + transitive inputs, drops orphaned nixpkgs-old. No src/test changes. CI green (rainix test/static/legal). Approve.
