whetstone: v1.0.0

@raisedadead raisedadead released this 09 Oct 12:51
9422f5e

The first semver release of whetstone. Update with claude plugin update whetstone@raisedadead-plugins. Earlier changes are in plugins/whetstone/CHANGELOG.md.

Changed

  • The claim gate sends context, not a block. The Stop hook adds the flagged lines to additionalContext as line N: "<sentence>" with one rubric line. The model still continues in the same turn with the flagged lines in context, and the terminal shows Stop hook feedback: instead of Stop hook error:. bin/claim-check output and exit codes are unchanged.

Fixed

  • lint-skill reads a block-scalar description (> or |) whole. It read only the indicator.

@raisedadead raisedadead released this 09 Oct 12:51
9422f5e

The first semver release of dossier. Update with claude plugin update dossier@raisedadead-plugins. Earlier changes are in plugins/dossier/CHANGELOG.md.

Added

  • ds close <wave> closes a wave in one resumable run. It checks the rows, the bugs and the lock, runs converge, writes §Z, archives the wave, moves the tracked contract to .dossier/_archive/ in its own commit and rebuilds INDEX. Each step writes a §S checkpoint, so a rerun after a crash continues from the last one. --plan prints the checks and writes nothing. --carry T<n>,... moves an open operator row or a delayed row into the §Z after: line, or into the successor with --successor.
  • ds progress prints the wave progress. It counts x rows only, splits agent and operator rows, counts up to the contract milestone, and names the later rows (T<n>+<k>d needs). --line prints one line.
  • The session start and ds:status lead with the progress line. A wave whose open rows are all later rows reads ready to close.
  • A tasks pane and a status line entry. The dossier-tasks command opens a read-only pane with the §T needs tree under the progress line. The status line shows the progress line of the live wave.
  • ds:grill takes a goal sentence and the model can start it. Each entry goes through ds grill-add. "Discuss more" forks a decision into n.k children, and ds assert-grill exits 2 while a child is open. ds:new "<goal>" runs the grill first.
  • Ledgers migrate on their first write. ds row-flip, ds s-append, ds x-refresh, ds header-state, ds z-write and the ds close carry into a successor apply the migration steps first and log one ds:migrate — <step> line per step. ds migrate <dir> applies them alone. A wave that comes back from paused or _archive/ migrates on its first write.
  • Advisory nags for autonomous work. The mod adds context after an edit leaves a §B row with no invariant and no fix cite, and when an outside grilling skill runs in a dossier repo. ds close --plan prints a ⚠ line when no CHANGELOG.md changed since the contract commit. ds:build --auto proposes its own /goal. None of them blocks.
  • ds ds-check names an archived wave with no §Z key, an unfinished close, and a tracked contract whose wave is closed.

Changed

  • The ledger header has two fields, `<date>` · `<state>`. Every reader still accepts a third field.
  • INDEX has no P column.
  • One parser pairs §S ops for ds vm-checks, the session start, ds close and ds ds-check.

Removed

  • ds:ship and ds changelog-write. Write the CHANGELOG entry by hand; ds close --plan says when none changed.

Fixed

  • Converge criteria run without the ledger env vars, and a tracked contract resolves from the worktree top level before the ledger root.
  • Ledger rows split only on an unescaped pipe. A \| in a cell stays in that cell, and ds row-flip escapes a pipe in a cite.
