Phase 6 abort rolls back the whole implementation attempt (#98)

The Phase 6 retry loop recorded its baseline_commit at the start of Phase 6, so abort kept Phase 5's implementation and discarded only the retry patches — contradicting both the intended behaviour and the resume checkpoint, which records baseline_commit as the pre-Phase-5 commit.

The baseline is now recorded once at the start of Phase 5 (the pre-implementation state) and used consistently by the retry loop, the localized-patch diff, and /slashforge-fix. abort now git reset --hards the whole attempt, and the odd git stash create snapshot for uncommitted work is gone.
