RegCompass v1.0.6

Fixes the Windows install failure. The installer now uses a per-user NSIS install (no admin/UAC, far less SmartScreen/Defender friction) — the previous per-machine + elevation build was the cause of repeated install failures.

Also in this release:

  • Default light theme (was following OS preference)
  • Back-to-top button
  • 'See also: CyberCompass' cross-link
  • Quarterly regulatory-review cadence (next due 2026-11-18)

Unsigned build: on the SmartScreen prompt choose 'More info → Run anyway'; verify the download came from github.com/rajeevyadav/regcompass.
