Bhringa-1.0.0.ova is for VirtualBox. Download it, and use "Import Appliance" from VirtualBox Manager to create a new virtual machine.

Bhringa-1.0.0.zip is for Hyper-V. Download it, unzip it, and use Hyper-V Manager to import the directory called output-bhringa-hyperv as a new (copied) virtual machine. Important:* In the "Choose Destination" step of the import, please select "Store the virtual machine in a different location", and change the directories for "Checkpoint store" and "Smart paging folder" to a directory under your TEMP folder. If not, the import will fail.
