Documentation-only archival release.

• Enables preservation through the official Zenodo GitHub integration.
• Intended to obtain a persistent DOI and improve citation and discovery.
• No service observations or comparison results changed from v1.0.1.
• The repository links directly to https://getqrcard.com/ and discloses its relationship with Le Chemin Numérique ASBL.

v1.0.1 — Analytics retention and privacy correction

This patch release corrects how GetQRcard scan analytics were described in v1.0.0.

• Scan events have no automatic deletion period in the reviewed implementation, under either plan.
• Totals and breakdowns by device and country cover the full period in both plans.
• Only the day-by-day chart is windowed: 30 days on the free plan and 90 days on the annual plan.
• ScanTracker::hashIp() uses a salt that rotates daily, preventing the service from linking the same IP-derived fingerprint across different days.

The public application source was not included in this repository at release time. These implementation-level details are therefore identified as a maintainer code review, separately from claims reproducible from public product pages.
