Bug fixes and journey hardening.

  • Fix: npm create ai-memory failed on Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) because the installer ran under dash; it now runs with bash.
  • Launchers fail fast with a clear message when an agent's CLI is missing, instead of a cryptic error after the prompts (no stray session logs).
  • install.sh: opencode in the default agents, a zsh-shell warning, and clearer tool-vs-vault paths.
  • 38 offline tests, new README demo GIF.
