claude-auto 1.0.0: Claude Code auto account switch

First public release.

• Switches Claude Code to the next Claude account when the usage limit is reached
• Checks real 5-hour and weekly usage before switching
• Resumes the same session and continues from the next unfinished step
• Carries edit checkpoints, todos, plans, pasted images and flags (-p, --model, permission mode)
• Waits for the earliest reset when every account is full
• claude-auto add / login / remove / status for any number of Claude subscriptions
• Linux, Windows (WSL), macOS
