[Taskbar Dock Animations] Mod incompatibility after v1.9.2 update and some needed animation fixes

Lockframe's Secret "Task View On The Right" mod is not supported anymore after v1.9.2 update, and "Taskbar Labels Compatibility" animation is not centered (the animation looks very bad)

  Please make an option to make the buttons grow only when the mouse is touching the specific button (like single button hover animation (only one affected because its touching only a single button))
