Bug fixes

• Bundle agent skills inside the package so ramp skills install works correctly from a wheel install — previously the skill files were dropped from the build artifact and the command failed silently.
• README updated to match the actual CLI surface (commands, flags, install instructions).
• install.sh output is cleaner: curl progress is suppressed and informational lines are formatted consistently.
