- _openStore now checks bool return of launchUrl instead of catching
  exceptions (launchUrl returns false on failure, never throws)
- Iterates market:// then https://play.google.com fallback in both
  ForceUpdateWall and UpdatePromptDialog
- Fixes Update Now doing nothing when urgency:critical via fromUrl config
