traffic-dotnet 0.1.0 — Android

The town in a hand: the same engine the desktop and the browser heads run, drawn with the
same Vulkan, in one activity and nothing else.

Debug-signed. No release keystore is configured for this repository, so these packages
install for testing and are not a store upload — and a debug-signed install has to be
uninstalled before a release-signed one will replace it.

Needs a device with a Vulkan 1.3 driver and a 64-bit userland; the manifest asks for both,
so a store will not offer it where it cannot run.

adb install the APK, or adb shell am start -n dev.trafficdotnet.town/.TownActivity -e map Odesa
once it is on — the intent's extras are the command line.
