Chain 17 went live 2026-09-29 03:03 UTC: genesis d1afefc3dd68f73e3799aa0803b692d0e6a5c7c27d228bdeb3d06cdf4027e7ff, chain id 17, the first split-authorisation chain (bundle guest v3 60af094a…3fce, auth guest 1e4e347f…39c1, 4 MiB proofs / 20 MiB blocks). Cut from a snapshot of chain 16 at height 30 191 with the v0.6.3 binaries; chain 16's 26 validators, 5 300 RAND (the five genesis alloc wallets and the relayer), 10 zUSD (locked Tron 9 + Solana 1) and the bridge state (guardian set 1, burn sequence 7, replay floors at the snapshot's next sequences) carried. The bridge came up on chain 17 at 03:05 UTC.

This tag adds no code change: the binaries are byte-identical to v0.6.3 (same sha256s, attached again for convenience). It pins deploy/genesis-chain17.json, its test (chain_17s_genesis_file_builds_chain_17) and the AGENTS.md record. Not carried from chain 16: 130 RAND faucet-minted to a wallet the operator does not hold.
