What judges can verify:

• Windows x64 portable package; no administrator account, Node.js, pnpm, rebuild, or API key required
• local-only Web dashboard bound to 127.0.0.1
• synthetic demo data only; normal Atlas data directory is not read or modified
• review-first capture, sourced search, duplicate merge/undo, and reversible task states
• Restricted imports remain inert and excluded from ordinary search and sanitized export

Validation:

• 71 automated checks passed
• staged package and extracted ZIP validation passed
• independent bundled-Node-only clean-room run passed
• schema v2, SQLite integrity ok, 3 synthetic loops
• 0 non-loopback connections observed from the Atlas process in tested flows
• package privacy scan: 0 prohibited artifacts and 0 prohibited content hits
